1. “Image”, “photograph” and “picture” shall mean all photographic and electronic material supplied to the customer by andersonimages.

2. Rights granted are personal to the customer, they are licensed to the customer for the uses specified only. Images may not be re-assigned.

3. No reproductive rights are granted exclusively, unless otherwise specified in writing by andersonimages, rights granted to customers are single, one-time and non-exclusive.

4. In the event that any image is used or reproduced by the customer without permission, then the customer shall indemnify andersonimages against any loss, damage, proceedings or costs arising where such rights, releases or consents have not been obtained.

5. Except for the purposes of reproduction for the licensed use, the image may not be stored in any form of electronic medium by the customer without the written consent of andersonimages.

6. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England.

7. There shall be no variance to these Terms and Conditions except by agreement in writing.
